The role

As Pharmacy Manager, you'll lead the daily operations and future development of our Pharmacy department, overseeing a sister site without an on-site pharmacy. You'll ensure consistent, high-quality service across both locations, working closely with clinical teams to provide safe and effective pharmacy care while identifying opportunities for improvement.

You'll be a supportive leader, helping your team develop skills and encouraging new ideas in a positive environment. At Ramsay, you'll also have opportunities for continued growth through the Ramsay Academy .

What you'll bring

We seek a candidate with strong clinical expertise and leadership. You should have:

• Current GPhC Pharmacist registration

• Clinical Diploma or equivalent experience

• Management or leadership experience

• Experience with electronic stock control

• Policy and guideline development experience

• Strong audit and data analysis skills
