The role:
Join us to lead the Pharmacy department and enhance our in-hospital pharmacy team, playing a vital role in patient care. You will develop Pharmacy services, drive innovation, and improve our offerings as one of the UK's top independent healthcare providers. Your expertise as a Pharmacy Manager will be valued, and you'll have opportunities for growth through our Ramsay Academy. We prioritize patient care, and your proactive approach will significantly impact our Pharmacy service, patients, and team.
What you'll bring with you:
• Current GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Clinical Diploma or equivalent experience
• Management experience with staff appraisal and training
• Familiarity with electronic stock control
• Experience in policy development
• Audit and data analysis experience
