Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of radiopharmaceuticals and will take on additional responsibilities for supporting and supervising colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards. Supervising and supporting less experienced staff involved in radiopharmaceutical preparation. Performing in-process checks on the work undertaken by other team members. Undertaking quality control testing of finished radiopharmaceutical products. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout all aspects of your work. Supporting the Senior Radiopharmacy team with the development and improvement of services. Contributing to the development of the service in line with NHS & commercial requirements including organisational objectives. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Radiopharmacy and healthcare teams. Ensuring accurate completion of documentation and records in accordance with relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
