Job description

Deliver a high-quality nursing service to meet the health needs of a defined caseload and contribute to the care of young people with multiple complex needs.

As a Non-Medical Prescriber, medication governance in line with Trust policies and procedures. Work Collaboratively with Clayfields Health care team and Clayfields Care staff.

Collaborate with the GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, pharmacy, dental bus and Trust schools vaccination service.

Undertake medication reviews and audits.
