• 1) To partake in specialist clinical pharmacy duties ensuring core clinical pharmacy activities are undertaken specifically a. To lead, deliver and develop clinical pharmacy services to the Cancer surgical wards and specialities within NUH. To implement medicines management policies and ensure the safe, clinically effective and cost-efficient use of medicines in this service/speciality in accordance with national priorities and local objectives. b. To provide patients and members of the multidisciplinary team with information about new drugs and developments to facilitate their safe and effective use. c. To provide a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient ward areas 2) Leadership, management and directorate/service support roles 3) To line manage and support more junior pharmacists in the listed directorates 4) To take full part in the 7-day shifted rota and bank holidays duties
