The successful candidate will support Cancer Pharmacy services through a dual operational and governance-focused role, contributing to SACT protocol management, electronic prescribing system support, Ready to Administer checking and aseptic outsourcing pathways.
They will be expected to work independently within their scope of practice, manage competing priorities, support the daily operational rota, assist with training and competency development, and contribute to audits, key performance indicators, quality improvement and service development.
The ideal candidate will have hospital pharmacy experience, GPhC registration, accredited medicines management and checking technician qualifications, and experience of supporting training, SOP development, audit or multidisciplinary working. Experience in cancer care, aseptic services, PIPC, PAAP, data analysis or report writing would be desirable
