The skills required for this role include a positive attitude to collaborative working, with a focus on providing

the best quality care, timely and effectively.

You will possess the ability to deliver

complex and sensitive information appropriately to patients, and deliver

educational sessions/information to other healthcare professionals. Adaptable, with excellent

communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet

deadlines.

The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, organising

workload, and work well as part of a team.

Used

to working in a busy environment, able to cope well with change

Understanding of the

need for confidentiality and adherence to policies

This post is for 30 hours per week across four days, although there may be some scope for the right candidate

Salary will be according to experience
