To carry out all HR processes for all warehouse staff including absence review meetings and Stage 1 & Stage 2 meetings, ensuring personal records are maintained

To analyse and resolve complex issues in an efficient and professional manner, using persuasive skills and logic to initiate and pro-actively negotiate changes to scheduled workloads.
