Job description

supporting our pharmacy customers, taking orders, developing new accounts and building strong customer relationships.The role offers a mix of inbound and outbound calls, with the majority of your conversations focused on existing customers and warm leads. This means there is limited cold calling, making the role ideal for someone who enjoys sales and customer interaction without a heavy focus on cold outreach.We’re looking for someone with previous telesales or customer service experience, who is confident speaking to customers and has an excellent telephone manner.Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am–6:30pmIf you’re commercially minded, customer-focused and enjoy building relationships over the phone, we’d love to hear from you.
