Shape the Future of Community Pharmacy.We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Regional Operations Manager to lead our North West region, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence and outstanding patient care across a large and diverse pharmacy network.Managing approximately 125 pharmacies and leading a team of 8-9 Area Managers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic objectives by growing market share, increasing service participation, expanding OTC revenue through Complete Care, and developing high-performing teams that put patients at the heart of everything they do.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader who thrives on delivering results through others, embraces change and is passionate about making a difference in local communities.What You'll Be Responsible ForAs Regional Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance of your region, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial, operational and people objectives.
