Job description

Due to continued expansion at Bestway Healthcare, we're looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our growing team.Working alongside another Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll have responsibility for managing a Facilities Coordinator while supporting the Wholesale Facilities Manager to ensure our depots remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance, manage external contractors, support statutory compliance activities, and help ensure our facilities operate efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations.The role comes with a company vehicle and is based from our Leeds depot but with regular travel to our Durham site - the successful candidate must be comfortable with travelling when required.
