The Trading Manager – Weight Management Services (WMS) is responsible for leading the commercial performance of the WMS portfolio across both in-store and online channels. This role owns the delivery of revenue, margin, retention and participation targets, while driving growth through an optimised service proposition and strong ancillary product performance. The role translates WMS strategy into clear trading and operational priorities, working cross-functionally to maximise performance across the end-to-end customer journey. As the central point of accountability for WMS trading, the role represents performance at senior forums and ensures the service remains competitive, customer-centric and commercially strong.
