The Trading Manager – Private Services is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Private Services portfolio, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, retention and participation targets across all services (excluding WMS in-store and online). This role translates business strategy into clear trading priorities, optimises performance through data-led decision making and works cross-functionally to grow service uptake and profitability. The Trading Manager acts as the central point of accountability for Private Services performance, representing outcomes at senior forums and ensuring continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey.
