Private Services ManagerJohn Bell & CroydenWigmore Street, London W1Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)Reports to: Pharmacist ManagerThe RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Clinical Services Pharmacist or Registered Nurse to take on a key role within our business as Private Services Manager.This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services while also growing and shaping the commercial success of the department. You’ll play a central role in how our private services evolve, working directly with clients as well as driving new opportunities.You’ll be the main point of contact for our wellness services, including phlebotomy, vaccinations and our medical weight loss clinic, ensuring both an excellent patient experience and a strong, sustainable service offering.What You’ll Be DoingClinical deliveryProviding phlebotomy services across a variety of diagnostic testsRunning the medical weight loss clinic, including consultations, treatment plans and follow-upsDelivering vaccination services both in-store and off-siteCarrying out general health checks and wellness screeningsMaintaining high clinical standards and safe working practicesSupporting internal teams with training and sharing clinical knowledge where neededService management and growthManaging the day-to-day running of the clinic, including bookings and stockIdentifying ways to grow the service, increase revenue and build client loyaltyWorking closely with marketing, providing clinical input to support campaignsActing as a key representative of the service, internally and externallyBuilding relationships with local businesses to promote services and attract new clientsClient experienceDelivering a high-end, personalised service in line with a luxury retail environmentBuilding strong relationships with clients and creating a trusted experienceExplaining results in a clear, straightforward way with practical adviceAbout YouQualified Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with valid GPhC or NMC registrationConfident in phlebotomy and vaccination delivery (essential)Experience in private healthcare, wellness or similar environments would be beneficialComfortable working towards targets and growing a serviceStrong communication skills and able to build rapport easily with clientsSomeone who is proactive and able to manage their own workload and clinic spaceWilling to network and engage with the local community and businessesWhy Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established name while helping to develop a growing area of the business.You’ll have a good level of autonomy in how the service is run, with the chance to shape its direction and make a real impact.
