Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Assistant to join our growing teams in the Operations Department based at Mallard House, Doncaster.

This role will be 22 hours per week to work , Monday and Friday 9.00-13.00 and Wednesday and Thursday 9.00-17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.

Joining our team as an Operations Support Assistant Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the collating, distribution and filing information received from our branches.

Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports and distribute to stakeholders

Maintain and update all information contained within the branch tills and assisting branches with queries.

What do you need?

As our Operation Support Assistant ….. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communication skills

Team player

Basic knowledge of Excel

Pass in English and Maths

Work in a fast paced environment
