We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Stocken, a category C Prison located in Oakham.
HMP Stocken consists of 1285 adult males. The Pharmacy at HMP Stocken operates primarily as a clinical pharmacist, you will conduct patient clinics, medication optimisation, medication review, medication switches, clinical prescribing support, patient education and counselling
Hours:
• Monday only
• 7.5 hours per week
• 8am - 4pm
Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between £10,328 - £11,591 per annum - depending on experience.
