To work as an autonomous and accountable practitioner, responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to the practice population. The post holder will deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care, supporting medicines optimisation and ensuring prescribing is clinically appropriate, evidence-based and cost-effective.

The post holder will work within their professional scope of practice and adhere to the standards and guidance set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) . They will contribute to the effective management and development of pharmacy services within the practice, working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, other healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and continuous improvement, while contributing positively to the practice and supporting the delivery of high-quality primary care services.
