• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or nationallyrecognised equivalent qualifications)GCSE English and Maths.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbalComputer literate.
• Understanding of Health & Safety Legislation and RiskManagement.
• Moderate periods of standing attending to needs of patients and staffModerate periods spent reaching for and lifting light pharmaceutical products.
• Exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances is rare.
• Work pattern generally predictable with periods of concentration required for dispensing, accurate use of computer and completing general duties.
