West Hill health is looking to recruit 1 Clinical Pharmacist to work in our PCN team to join our team of 20 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technician. We are looking at candidates that are both already Independent Prescribers and those that are looking to do that training or CPPE training. You will likely be based in one practice only,

You will be part of a dynamic team of doctors, nurses, HCAs, paramedics and around 20 pharmacists. . You will have support and clinical supervision from other GP Based Pharmacists, as well as being part of great and high performing general practice and PCN team. Position is eligible for CPPE (mandatory unless you have an exemption) and funded prescribing courses. We look after 90,000 patients in a very diverse area in central London. Our PCN has a very stable workforce with exceptional admin support.

Pharmacists based in general practice are now an essential part of our primary care workforce and all successful candidates will have the benefit of working within networks of practices.
