post holder has a responsibility to adhere to all IHL policies, procedures and
relevant legislation including the requirements of any professional bodies;
maintain satisfactory personal performances and professional standards and to
achieve agreed objectives for their role; attend mandatory training as
identified by IHL and contribute to their own development.
