The role

We seek a registered Pharmacist for Fitzwilliam Hospital to provide safe pharmacy services in inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include dispensing, medicines management, prescription review, stock control, clinical support, and patient counselling to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines safely and accurately

• Review prescriptions and provide clinical support

• Counsel patients and advise healthcare professionals

• Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team

• Support service improvement and compliance

• Maintain professional development and training

• Promote patient safety and infection prevention
