Main duties of the role include:

• Contributing to the safe and accurate dispensing, distribution and storage of medicines to patients, wards, and departments
• Using pharmacy and other electronic systems to undertake tasks accurately and efficiently
• Contributing to the delivery of a safe, effective, and efficient renal pharmacy service while supporting high-quality patient care
• Participate in routine pharmacy housekeeping duties
• Assisting with the training and support of staff within the department
• Adhere to medicines legislation and other relevant policies, procedures, and Health Board requirement
• Ensure the maintenance of required departmental, ethical, and service standard
• Participating in rotas covering weekend, bank holiday, and extended hours working, where required
