Some main duties and responsibilities.

To support the effective and safe use of medicines within the CSUs, in line with agreed Trust priorities, and in line with pharmacys activities to optimise medicines management across the Trust and at the interfaces with primary and tertiary care.

To be part of the Pharmacy team and work with staff within the pharmacy department and across the Trust, to enable the objectives of the Trust to be achieved.

To contribute to the Trust complying with Trust and Pharmacy Procedures, Medicines Management Standards and the Clinical Governance and Risk Management agendas.
