Essential Requirements

• M Pharm degree (or equivalent) andGPhC registration.

• Mandatory to enrol on the CPPE Primary Care Pathway(exception: if you hold a completion certificate).

• Excellent clinical, communication, and IT skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
